JB Sentral to Gemas Train Schedule 2023

You will need to take the JB Sentral to Gemas Shuttle Train to connect to the new fast ETS Trains (Electric Train Services) which currently start from Gemas Railway Station.

This is due to the fact that the Dual Electrified Track currently only starts in Gemas and the final section to Johor Baru is still under construction.

Buying JB to Gemas Train Tickets

We recommend you purchase your tickets as far in advance as possible as trains in Malaysia can easily fill up during holidays and busy weekends.

Train tickets are available to book for varying periods in the future - it all depends on when KTM release the tickets for sale and if they are planning a new timetable.

At the same time as you purchase your Shuttle tickets, you should also purchase you connecting ETS train tickets as you do not want to turn up at Gemas without an onward ticket.

To do this you will have to make two separate purchases as currently, you cannot buy just one ticket to your final destination from JB.
